No, it’s a WWI vet; the tombstone dates from the mid 50’s. There are a couple of CW-era tombstones in some of the other older cemeteries around; I’m going to go work on some shots “real soon now.”

That is lovely–you caught the light perfectly! I love that late afternoon light…it looks all golden and just begs to be captured, either on film or in words.
