Wound up parked outside a small cemetery the other morning, so I went for a walk. It was a cool and misty morning, peaceful, and not at all an unpleasant place to spend some time.

Is that a Civil War era headstone? Pretty neat!!
No, it’s a WWI vet; the tombstone dates from the mid 50’s. There are a couple of CW-era tombstones in some of the other older cemeteries around; I’m going to go work on some shots “real soon now.”
